The owner Alejandro Sanz has launched into a gastronomic concept based on the much-requested portion of croquettes. For this, he relied on Ibertrasa’s experience when projecting his new business, with which he has decided to launch himself into Madrid to conquer the croquet world with his restaurant Dr Crockets.
